A leading restaurant chain is seeking a skilled Chef CDP (South Indian / Tandoor / Chinese). You will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and delivering dishes consistently in line with the restaurant's taste, quality, and presentation standards. The role also involves managing kitchen operations, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, and supporting menu execution across multiple cuisines.
- Prepare menu items as per standardized recipes and portion controls
- Maintain taste, texture, and quality consistency across shifts
- Supervise and guide commis and kitchen assistants
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, temperature logs, and stock rotation
Participate in training, team-building, and R&D initiatives led by the Commissary and Training Heads
