We are a chain 'Acapella Hospitality' - Kokum, in Vasai, looking for a skilled Chef who is an expert in Maharashtrian food.

What You Will Do:

* Cook authentic Maharashtrian food, especially Malvani, Konkani, and Kolhapuri dishes.

* Make sure every dish sent to a customer is perfect and consistent.

* Keep your kitchen station clean, organized, and ready for service.

* Manage ingredients and supplies for your section.

* Follow all food safety and hygiene rules strictly.

What You Need:

* Experience: 2-3 years cooking Maharashtrian food in a professional restaurant kitchen.

* Skill: Deep knowledge of Maharashtrian masalas, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.

* Attitude: Serious about food quality and kitchen cleanliness.

* Teamwork: Ability to work smoothly with other kitchen staff during busy hours.
