Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Chatbot Developer with strong hands-on experience in SCXML-based workflow design and cloud application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining chatbot-driven applications in Azure or AWS environments. This role requires expertise in cloud deployment, troubleshooting, and DevOps practices along with strong programming capabilities.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience designing chatbot workflows using SCXML
- Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Python
- Basic understanding of Azure services
- Knowledge of Java Scripting
- Working experience with Git
- Experience using Azure DevOps (source control, build pipelines, release management)
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in Azure using Application Insights
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure or AWS environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement chatbot workflows using SCXML.
- Support, maintain, and enhance cloud-based and web applications.
- Perform build and deployment activities for application development.
- Deploy and manage applications in Azure/AWS environments.
- Configure, program, test, and deploy applications across environments.
- Deploy QAT and UAT environments independently.
- Diagnose application and infrastructure issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Resolve production incidents with minimal business impact.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
- Maintain technical, design, and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and testing teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide regular project updates and contribute to team knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives
