Mandatory Skills:
- Chatbot development, Voicebot , IVR
- Conversational AI Platforms- Google DialogFlow. Should have done min. 3-5 projects on CCAI/ Dialogflow platform.
- ADK, Playbooks, Troubleshooting, CCAI.
- Development, Integration and Delivery of CCAI/ Google Dialogflow projects.
- Natural Language Processing, Python/ Node.JS
- Design, develop and implement cloud-based Conversational AI solutions.
- Client Management along with individual contributor.
- Team handling, Stakeholder Management
- Good communication.
