Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the Chat Support role. This position is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance they need through chat support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
