Description

We are seeking a Chat Support representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on providing exceptional support via chat.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM tools
Basic knowledge of customer service principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Familiarity with common technical issues and troubleshooting methods
