Job Description

Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice (Chat Support)

Location: Gurugram || Noida

Employment Type: Contract - (6 months)

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Experience: 1–2 Years

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for customer-centric and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (Chat Support) to deliver exceptional customer experiences through digital communication channels. The role requires strong written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions through chat in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
  • Understand customer concerns, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) targets.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Adhere to established processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate teams when required.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and maintain a customer-first approach.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Eligible: BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA

Not Eligible: B.Tech / BE, M.Tech, MCA, BCA

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support.
  • Prior experience in Chat Support or Non-Voice processes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications and chat support tools.
  • Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes is preferred.
  • Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.

Employment Terms

  • Initial 6-month Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagement.
  • Contract extension and permanent employment opportunities will be based on individual performance and business requirements.
  • Mandatory rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
  • 100% Work from Office.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Adherence to scheduled breaks, productivity, and quality metrics is mandatory.
  • Public holidays will be governed by business and process requirements.
  • Non-availability of company transportation will not be considered a valid reason for delayed reporting.

Training

  • Comprehensive 1-month classroom and process training at the client location.
  • Candidates who successfully complete the training program will transition to the production environment.

Transportation

  • Two-way cab facility available through designated nodal points within a 40 km radius.
  • Transportation will operate based on predefined nodal routes and schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Annual CTC:
  • ₹2.88 LPA (Candidates without PF history)
  • ₹3.00 LPA (Candidates with PF history)
  • ₹1.82 LPA (Freshers - Fixed - Non Negotiable)
