We are seeking a Travel Support Executive to join our team, primarily engaging with customers through chat (90%) and voice (10%). The ideal candidate will assist travelers with inquiries, bookings, and support to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via chat and voice channels.
  • Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and changes to itineraries.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and address customer concerns.
  • Stay updated with travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of travel industry standards and practices is a plus.
