We are seeking a Travel Support Executive to join our team, primarily engaging with customers through chat (90%) and voice (10%). The ideal candidate will assist travelers with inquiries, bookings, and support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to customers via chat and voice channels.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and changes to itineraries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and address customer concerns.
- Stay updated with travel policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using chat software and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of travel industry standards and practices is a plus.
