Job Description

  • Respond to customer queries via chat and voice channels for international clients.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately log customer issues and escalate unresolved cases when needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling challenging situations.
  • Adhere to company protocols and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in international BPO preferred; freshers welcome.
  • Comfortable handling both chat and voice support.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer proficiency with good typing speed.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
