Getfive is a SEBI registered merchant banking firm, based out of Ahmedabad & Mumbai. Along with the merchant banking division, the firm has also launched AIF CAT 1.

Reporting To: Fund Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Pre-IPO deal evaluations for investment.

2. Analyse RHP for Anchor and QIB for investment.

3. Conduct evaluation of listed companies for investment.

4. Compute and monitor the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the company's AIF fund, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable norms.

5. Update and maintain accurate records of investment transactions in internal dashboards and reporting systems.

6. Perform periodic portfolio reviews to assess performance, risk exposure, and support continuity or exit decisions.

7. Maintain regular communication with investors and respond promptly to queries and follow-ups.

8. Support fund operations and fundraising activities through financial analysis, reporting, and coordination.

9. Handle other finance-related responsibilities as required within the fund management function.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.

Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience post CA qualification in an analytical and/or relevant role.

Skills & Competencies

Strong financial analytical thinking.

Ability to evaluate financial statements from an investment viewpoint.

Well-organized and detail oriented.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
