Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee fund management, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting.

• Handle fundraising activities including liaison with banks, NBFCs, and investors.

• Manage accounting operations, finalization of accounts, and statutory compliance.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management

review.

• Coordinate with external auditors, investors, and financial institutions for due diligence

and funding requirements.

• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management.

• Advise management on strategic financial planning and capital structuring.
