Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Chandigarh. The Chartered Accountant will oversee financial audits, handle tax planning and compliance, and manage the preparation and review of financial statements. Responsibilities also include advisory services to optimize client financial performance, ensuring adherence to regulations, and assisting clients with corporate compliance and risk management. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation and standards is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Audit, Assurance, and Financial Reporting
- Strong expertise in Taxation, including tax planning, filing, and compliance
- Experience in Business Advisory services and Corporate Compliance
- Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Qualified Chartered Accountant certification; any additional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
- Experience in handling clients across multiple industries is an added advantage
