Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS for a listed entity.
  • Ensure compliance with Related Party Transaction provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Ind AS.
  • Conduct scrutiny of general ledgers, vendor and customer ledgers, and review of fixed assets, purchase, stores, and raw material registers.
  • Liaison with statutory, internal, and related party auditors for timely closure of audits.
  • Review and update contingent liabilities and ensure appropriate disclosures.
  • Perform variance analysis of financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Preparation of ageing reports for vendors, customers, and store inventories.
  • Prepare and finalize related party transactions, tax audit reports, and income tax returns along with income tax computations.
  • Support in generating MIS reports and processing financial information for internal and external reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified CA, with working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and SEBI LODR.
  • Post qualification of 3-4 Years.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, compliance, audit processes, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
