What you will be doing:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage statutory audits, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of necessary documentation.
- Handle taxation matters, including direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare and manage periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
What we are looking for :
- Qualified Charted Accountant (CA)
- 23 years of relevant experience in Taxation, Audit, or Compliance
