Role Summary: KNM is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years post-qualification experience in a consulting firm environment who can handle multiple assignments, manage client relationships, and support the team in delivering high-quality tax and accounting services.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all tax compliances and timely filings of returns Direct and Indirect Tax for India Entities.
- Implement procedure/system towards statutory compliance in all corporate tax matters, TP and GST
- completing tax audits, timely and accurate payment of advance taxes, and cross-border transfer pricing issues.
- Liaises with government authorities and tax consultants for regular queries
- Regular Scrutiny of client books to ensure the smooth functioning of the accounting process
- and to ensure all tax-related compliance on time.
- Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain the relationship with
- firm leadership.
- Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
- Mentor and coach junior team members
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of taxation experience.
- Proven working experience in Direct/Indirect taxation processes using automated accounting
- systems preferably.
- Demonstrated good judgmental and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
