About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end financial operations, project finance, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project-based accounting within Infrastructure, Real Estate, or EPC sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee project finance, fund utilization, working capital planning, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations
- Handle direct and indirect taxation including filings, assessments, audits, and notices
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and statutory/internal auditors
- Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards
- Monitor project-wise cost control, revenue recognition, margin analysis, and profitability
- Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required
- Support senior leadership in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making
Key Requirements
- Qualified CA
- 812 years of experience in Infrastructure / Real Estate / EPC / Project-based industry
- Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
- Hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and audits
- Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to project costing and budgetary control
- Knowledge of IND AS / Accounting Standards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment
- Candidates from Goa are preferred. Or at least worked in Goa for 2-3 years.
CTC: 2.5 L- 3 L / month + accommodation + meals
