This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant, based in Sangamner. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, managing audits, and offering expert financial planning and advisory services. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies and ensure adherence to financial regulations while identifying opportunities for tax optimization. Additional tasks include monitoring and reviewing accounting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial management, tax planning, and compliance requirements
• Experience with financial reporting, statutory audits, and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software, financial tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client consultation
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required
• Experience working with tax consultancy firms or similar settings is a plus
