Mandatory Requirement:
- Proven experience in audit, compliance, and risk management

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP/Oracle/Tally/QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience working with B2B companies

- Consolidate financial statements for multiple business locations and analyze performance.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Review and ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate governance policies, and legal requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with overall business strategy.
- Provide leadership, training, and development to finance staff across different locations.
