Job Description – Chartered Accountant (Compliance Officer)
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Experience: Qualified CA with minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant meeting the mandatory 3-year experience criteria
- Strong business acumen with ability to align compliance with commercial objectives
- Basic drafting skills for policies, regulatory submissions, and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IFSC, SEBI, RBI and other applicable regulatory frameworks
- Develop, review and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Handle regulatory filings, reporting, and liaison with authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise business teams on implications
- Support audits, inspections, and ensure timely closure of observations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services, AIF, fund management, or IFSC/GIFT City ecosystem
- Exposure to compliance advisory, governance frameworks, and risk management
