Mandatory Requirement:
- Looking for a dynamic professional who is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS).
- Role involves leading compliance for Fund operations in GIFT City.
- Requires handling regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI.
- Includes managing end-to-end finance and accounts functions.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as designated Compliance Officer in-line with IFSCA guidelines.
- Establish and implement Fund's Compliance and Risk Management Framework,
- including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.
- Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliance
- monitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees and
- act as primary compliance liaison.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings
- (GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.
- Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.
Qualification and Experience:
- Professional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post qualification experience in
- compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial
- sector regulator
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
- Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ
- compliances and Indian tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
