We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Accounts & Finance function. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial discipline across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an export-oriented business and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting and financial management.

• Oversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organization
• Ensure timely finalization of books of accounts and financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Manage export-related financial processes, including documentation and compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partners
• Implement and maintain financial controls and processes
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in an export house
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in handling export documentation and international transactions
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in manufacturing or sports goods industry
• Exposure to international business operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Ability to manage and lead a team
