Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Noida. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include tax planning and compliance, filing returns, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing financial insights to support management decisions. The professional will also conduct internal audits, support external audits, monitor internal controls, and assist in process improvements and financial reporting for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Experience in tax planning, direct and indirect tax compliance, and preparation and filing of statutory returns.
- Background in auditing, internal control review, and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to present financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Previous experience in corporate accounting, consulting, or similar finance roles is preferred; familiarity with Indian accounting and tax regulations is highly beneficial.
