Chartered Accountant (CA)

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, audit coordination, statutory compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of corporate compliance requirements and direct and indirect taxation, along with the ability to manage accounting operations and support management with accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure the smooth completion of audits.
• Manage the finalisation of accounts and prepare financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) requirements.
• Monitor and manage direct and indirect tax compliances in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Lead, guide, and manage a team of 5–6 members to ensure efficient accounting operations.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and compliance-related updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of finance and accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating audits and finalising accounts.
• Sound knowledge of MCA compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of direct and indirect taxation and statutory compliances.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing a team of 5–6 members.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
