Role Description
The Chartered Accountant role at Mr. HR Professional is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The role includes the preparation and management of financial reports, auditing accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards, and providing financial advice to enhance efficiency. The candidate will handle budgeting, taxation, financial analysis, and overall financial control within the organization.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of accounting standards, auditing, and financial reporting
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in tax compliance, regulations, and planning strategies
- Experience with accounting software and tools such as Tally and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- CA certification is mandatory; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
