What You Will Own
Leadership & Execution
- Drive team planning, delegation, and supervision
- Build execution discipline, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Act as the operational backbone of the firm
Technical & Strategic Role
- Lead tax research in Direct & Indirect Taxes
- Handle complex structuring and advisory assignments
- Be the go-to person for high-level technical matters
Audit & Compliance
- Supervise and finalise statutory audits
- Ensure top-tier delivery in Income Tax, GST, and allied laws
- Maintain strong review and quality control systems
