Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Audit & Internal Audit
• Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, GST returns & compliances)
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements
• ROC compliances and secretarial work
• MIS reporting and budgeting
• Liaison with banks, auditors, and investors

Who Are We Looking For

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel (advanced), Busy is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
