Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist client in project budget management, assistance in preparing budget estimates, outcome budget reports etc.
  • Providing inputs to client required for validation and verification of payments to be released to the service providers as per the milestones achieved after imposition of suitable penalties as per the Service Level Agreements

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Proficiency in analyzing cost structures and identifying variances
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and overall financial management best practices.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization through charts
  • Experience in monitoring project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial controls
  • Expertise in vendor invoice reconciliation and effective expense management to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Preferred skill sets:

  • Proficiency in financial dashboarding and commercial evaluations to drive data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of tax and payment-related queries to provide effective consultation and ensure compliance awareness
  • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and analyzing RFP responses to support procurement and vendor management processes
  • Skills in communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions in dynamic financial environments
