About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage the finance function of our fast-growing FMCG business, with a strong focus on cost control, profitability, financial planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and MIS.
• Handle product costing, cost analysis and profitability.
• Monitor raw material, packaging, production, inventory and overhead costs.
• Analyse budget vs. actuals, cost variances and margins.
• Manage GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor inventory accounting, working capital, receivables and payables.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, Sales and Operations.
• Provide management with financial insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• CA Qualified with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of costing, profitability, taxation, GST, MIS and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems.
