Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage the financial operations of the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial planning, compliance, reporting, and ensuring smooth financial management within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting and financial operations of the hospital.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Oversee billing, receivables, insurance claims, and vendor payments.
- Implement and maintain financial policies and internal controls.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management for decision-making.
- Manage payroll accounting and financial documentation.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hospital billing systems and insurance claim processes.
- Ability to manage financial planning and cost control.
- Capability to lead the finance team and coordinate with different departments.
