Compensation: ₹10LPA - ₹12LPA (based on skills and experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the entire finance and accounting function of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire finance function of the company, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets, providing actionable insights to the management.
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and maintain all accounting records in Tally or ERP systems.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory bodies for audits, financial reviews, and compliance.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and cost optimization strategies.
• Support the management in budget forecasting, financial planning, and investment decisions.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, and financial modeling.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
