About Kidology

At Kidology, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in finance, taxation, and compliance within the e-commerce or D2C domain, this could be an exciting opportunity to work with one of India's fast-growing kids brands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance

* Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings

* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and working capital requirements

* Reconciling marketplace transactions across Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, and D2C channels

* Coordinating with auditors, banks, and external consultants

* Driving financial controls and process improvements

* Ensuring timely closure of books and MIS reporting

* Supporting strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insights

* Managing inventory accounting and vendor payment processes

What We're Looking For:

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

* 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or D2C businesses

* Strong understanding of GST, direct taxation, audits, and statutory compliances

* Experience in marketplace reconciliations and inventory accounting

* Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and MS Excel

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
