Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai for our client (a B2B jewellery manufacturing company) as a CFO.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IPO execution, SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, listing compliance, financial reporting (Ind AS), and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Auditing
• Strong knowledge of Taxation laws, Compliance, and Regulatory Frameworks
• Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting
• Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory
• Experience in the IPO or financial advisory space is an added advantage
