Role Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in internal audits, risk assessments, and end-to-end compliance management. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, and business process evaluations. The role involves leading internal audits, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and providing recommendations for process improvement and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in internal audits and statutory compliances.
• Strong knowledge of audit tools, risk assessment frameworks, and internal control systems.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Sound understanding of financial reporting, tax laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits and compliance tasks simultaneously.
