Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to drive our financial operations, ensure full statutory compliance, and oversee both internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Accounts Finalisation, including preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Manage Internal and External Audits, liaise with auditors, and oversee Bank and Statutory Audit processes.
  • Handle Direct & Indirect Tax filings, documentation, and statutory submissions.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation, vendor payments, and vendor account management.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports, operational financial summaries, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to all accounting standards, financial norms, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and streamline financial operations.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all financial processes.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of Accounting principles and Corporate Finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SFAS rules and relevant taxation norms.
  • Ability to manage confidential financial data responsibly.
  • Strong numerical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Prior experience in financial reporting and handling multiple legal entities is preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
