Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting and compliance expertise to manage our financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards in all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Finalisation and preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L statements.
- Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and ensure timely payments.
- Manage Internal and External Audits and liaise with auditors.
- Oversee Bank and Statutory Audit assignments, Direct & Indirect Tax filings, and related documentation.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, vendor payments, and vendor account management.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational financial reports, and other management summaries.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting norms.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth financial operations.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Corporate Finance
- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and deadline orientation
- Sound understanding of SFAS Rules and Taxation norms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data
- Strong numerical and problem-solving aptitude
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Prior experience in financial reporting and working with multiple legal entities preferred
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Compensation
- Salary: As per the last CTC and company standards
