About the Role

We are seeking ahighly motivated, dynamic, and proactive Chartered Accountantto join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience who is ready to take on significant responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess acan-do attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing and sales environment.

We are recruiting forone (1) Experienced Chartered Accountant(min. 2-3 years PQE) at Haridwar

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of our finance team, overseeing the financial operations for a group of companies. Key responsibilities include:

Cash Flow Management:

  • Developing and maintaining accuratecash flow forecastsand projections.
  • Monitoring daily cash balances and optimizing working capital utilization.
  • Implementing strategies toimprove liquidityand manage cash efficiently across the group.

Accounts Management:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of3-4 accountants, managing their workflow, and fostering their professional development.
  • Reviewing and approving journal entries, reconciliations, and overall ledger maintenance.

Statutory Compliance:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all applicabledirect, indirect tax and labour regulations(e.g., Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI etc.).
  • Handling statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing all necessary regulatory filings and documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Preparing comprehensivemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsfor the group of companies.
  • Analyzing financial data to provide insights into business performance, trends, and variances.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Process Improvement:

  • Identifying and implementingimprovements in accounting processes and internal controlsto enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Experience:

  • Candidates with2-3 years of post-qualification experiencein a manufacturing or sales environment are highly preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Adynamic and ready-to-learnapproach with a demonstrablecan-do attitude.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., Indian GAAP) andcash management techniques.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business One, Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellentleadership and team management skillsto effectively guide the accounting team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
