Chartered Accountant

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a meticulous, driven, and commercially aware Chartered Accountant to own the complete accounting and financial reporting function for Gretex Industries Ltd. and its subsidiary/associate group. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role with a primary reporting line to Mr. Pradeep Mertia (CFO, GIL) and a parallel reporting line to CA Gourav Harlalka (Head of Finance & Accounts, Gretex Group). The incumbent will be the primary interface for all accounting operations, statutory audits, internal reporting, tax filings, and financial analysis across 10+ entities spanning musical instruments distribution, real estate, NBFC, and emerging verticals.

B) Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

C) GST Compliances

D) TDS Compliances

E) Purchase & Stock Accounting

F) Quarterly Stock Audit Coordination

G) Financial Reporting — Branch / Brand / Entity Level

H) Red Flags & Internal Controls

I) Auditor Coordination & Audit Closure

J) Taxation — Direct & Indirect

K) NBFC & Special Business Accounting
