Role & Responsibilities

• Handle GL Posting and R2R Accounting
• Manage AP, AR, invoices, payments, and receipts
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Work on Yardi/RealPage and QuickBooks Online
• Handle vendor management and utility bill monitoring
• Research and resolve accounting issues
• Support audits, reporting, and special projects
• Communicate with US clients and property managers

Requirements

• Qualified CA; CMA/CPA/USCPA preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and GL
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in US/PST time zones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
