Role Summary
SecNinjaz Technologies LLP seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant to own accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting for the finance function. This on-site role suits a professional with at least five years of post-qualification experience who can work independently, advise on financial decisions, and mentor junior staff in a fast-growing cybersecurity and AI enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and finalise financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax computations, filings, and assessments.
Own accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations; lead monthly and annual book closures.
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, and liaise with auditors.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts, and strengthen internal financial controls.
Advise management on the financial implications of business decisions and process improvements.
Guide and review the work of junior finance staff.
Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI membership).
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Strong command of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the IT, technology, or services sector.
Exposure to audit coordination, transfer pricing, or internal controls.
Familiarity with FEMA, international taxation, or ERP-based accounting systems.
Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
