Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial planning activities. The candidate will work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial operations of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Prepare budgets, cash-flow statements, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Review ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses, and cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support management with financial planning, cost control, and decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Qualification & Experience
- CA qualified – ICAI.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance preferred.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Compensation
₹6–9 LPA, depending on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
