We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to strengthen our Finance & Accounts function and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.
Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.
Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Analyze business performance and profitability across business units.
Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management.
Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Treasury & Working Capital Management

Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.
Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.
Optimize fund utilization and oversee payment cycles.

Team Management

Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Review accounting entries and maintain financial data accuracy.
Contribute to process improvements and finance automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance, and the Companies Act.
Understanding of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis.
Hands-on knowledge of ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
Freshly Qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts will have an added advantage.
Experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Aviation, Technology, or Service Industry is preferred.
Exposure to handling statutory compliances, audits, taxation, and multiple business entities will be an added advantage.
