Job Description

1. Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Develop and manage financial strategies for the group companies.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Conduct financial risk assessment and implement cost control measures.
2. Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations of all group entities.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
3. Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations (Income Tax, GST, ROC, PF/ESI, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory submissions.
4. Consolidation & Reporting
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group.
  • Generate MIS reports, profitability analysis, and business performance dashboards.
  • Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Liaise with banks for loans, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
  • Monitor investment decisions and financial asset management.
6. Taxation
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation for all group companies.
  • Implement tax planning and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Handle tax audits, assessments, and related documentation.
7. Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor the finance team across multiple companies.
  • Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and ensure skill development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for financial support.
