Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Of Compliance And Reporting, located in Mysore. The Head Of Compliance and Reporting will be responsible for overseeing the compliance strategies, conducting audits, preparing financial reports, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and maintaining internal controls. The role also includes the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, as well as advising senior management on compliance matters.

Qualifications

Expertise in compliance management and regulatory requirements

Experience in conducting audits and preparing financial reports

Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management

Proficiency in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management

CA Qualified Mandatory

Experience in the consulting industry or relevant sectors is a plus
