Role Overview:
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across
multiple entities within the organization, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions
(M&A), financial planning, fund management, and investment raising. The ideal candidate
will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in managing funds
across multiple entities, handling M&A transactions, and overseeing financial strategy.
Experience in the NBFC or Fintech industry is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and integration, to support strategic business growth.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for M&A opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to structure and execute acquisitions successfully.
- Oversee the allocation of funds across different business units and entities, ensuring optimal capital utilization and return on investment.
- Develop strategies for raising capital from various sources, including institutional investors, private equity, and venture capital.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to support fundraising efforts.
- Drive the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans to align with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, enabling effective decision-making.
- Lead regular financial analysis to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the liquidity and cash flow requirements of the business, ensuring efficient fund management across multiple entities.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to financial risks, including market fluctuations and operational risks.
- Optimize working capital and cash management processes to support business operations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and develop actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with various departments, including operations, legal, and
- compliance, to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development of skills.
- Oversee the financial management of multiple entities within the organization, ensuring each unit's funds are efficiently allocated and aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified CA
- 3-6 years of experience in finance, with significant expertise in mergers, acquisitions, fund management, and financial planning.
- Experience managing funds across multiple entities and understanding the complexities of multi-entity financial operations.
- Experience in the NBFC, Fintech, or digital lending industry is a distinct advantage.
- Proven ability to raise capital and manage investor relations.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.
