We Lydia Recruiters is a free recruiting Consultancy, based in Mumbai and Goa. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for one of our esteemed client, an MNC Company (a South Korean Company) to manage end-to-end finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and strategic financial planning for their Automotive and Packaging manufacturing operations. the company's Head office is located in Vasai, Mumbai. The role requires strong expertise in cost management, regulatory compliance, product costing, inventory control, and business advisory to support sustainable growth and profitability.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Accounting, Auditing & Compliance

Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

Ensure strict compliance with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of financial statements.

*Taxation & Tax Planning*

Manage direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).

Develop effective tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.

Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with tax laws.

*Budgeting & Strategic Business Advisory*

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Provide strategic financial insights to management for business decisions.

Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

*Cost Management & Product Costing*

Develop and monitor product costing for automotive and packaging products.

Analyze cost variances and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Support pricing decisions based on accurate cost structures.

Inventory Management & Valuation

Oversee inventory valuation and physical inventory audits.

Monitor raw material consumption, wastage control, and stock accuracy.

Address raw material price volatility, especially plastics, through cost control strategies.

*CAPEX & Asset Management*

Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, approvals, and tracking.

Handle fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset lifecycle management.

Ensure optimal utilization of assets.

*Industry-Specific Responsibilities*

*Automotive*: Warranty cost management, asset depreciation, and cost analysis.

*Packaging*: Control raw material volatility (plastic prices), inventory management, and material wastage reduction.

*Qualifications & Skills*:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience in the manufacturing industry (Automotive and/or Packaging preferred).

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.

*SAP B1 Module*

Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and budgeting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
