Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in New Delhi and Kolkata. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and Due Diligence in the terms of financial, Direct and Indirect tax Compliance, FDI and ODI Knowledge about FDI, ODI, APR and other Foreign transaction. Additionally, the role includes overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and reporting while providing strategic financial advice to ensure efficient allocation of company resources. The role also involves liaising with tax authorities and staying updated on changes in financial laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in tax compliance, Due Diligence, ODI & FDI and regulatory compliance
• Skills in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders
• Chartered Accountant certification is required
