Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure compliance with accounting standards .
2. Lead internal and external audits; assess controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
3. Manage tax planning, compliance, and filings for corporate and individual clients.
4. Provide strategic financial support such as budgeting, forecasting, and M&A restructuring.
5. Implement ERP/financial systems (e.g. SAP, Tally, QuickBooks); maintain data integrity.
6. Detect anomalies, prevent fraud, and safeguard assets.
7. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with audit, legal, and operations teams.
Requirements
1. Chartered Accountant qualification, with 4years postqualification experience.
2. Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
3. Strong skills in financial analysis, audit management, and tax advisory.
4. Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel; ERP familiarity preferred.
5. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
6. Strong communicationable to explain financial matters simply.
7. High ethical standards, confidentiality, integrity.
