Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the overall financial operations of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance, and audits, ensuring financial efficiency and full legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain and finalize books of accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Handle reconciliation of bank accounts, vendors, and inter-company transactions.

2. Costing & Budgeting

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes and recommend cost optimization measures.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to control input costs.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed deadlines.
• Coordinate with auditors and government authorities for assessments and audits.

4. Internal Controls & Audit

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
• Liaise with statutory and internal auditors for smooth audits.
• Review and improve accounting processes and systems.

5. Treasury & Fund Management

• Manage cash flow, fund utilization, and working capital.
• Liaise with banks for LCs, BGs, loans, and other financial instruments.

6. MIS & Management Support

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analyses, and management dashboards.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP / Tally / ERP systems / ZOHO Books.
• Sound understanding of Cost Accounting Standards and Manufacturing Cost Analysis.
• Expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
