Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Vapi. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate general ledger entries. The role involves overseeing statutory compliances, tax planning and filings, and coordinating with internal and external auditors for timely audits. The professional will analyze financial data, prepare management reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making. The position also includes implementing and monitoring internal controls, improving financial processes, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute.

• Proven experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance within a corporate or multi-sector environment.

• Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory regulations, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data, prepare analytical reports, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to maintaining strong internal controls.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Vapi and manage time-sensitive deliverables.
