Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Vapi. The Chartered Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts. The role involves overseeing statutory compliances, tax planning and filings, and coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits. The person in this position will monitor cash flows, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions. The Chartered Accountant will also help implement and improve internal controls, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the group's various business units.
Qualifications

Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership in the relevant professional body.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and direct and indirect taxation.
Experience in audit, statutory compliance, and internal control implementation.
Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools.
Ability to interpret financial data, prepare management reports, and support strategic decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Prior experience in diversified business groups, real estate, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
High level of integrity, commitment to ethical practices, and willingness to work on-site in Vapi.
